Orders are sent from France. There are no additional costs for the countries of the European Union. For others countries, you may be have to pay some tax, check with the customs of your country to know the amount we can not know them.

For returns, go to the page explaining the process. The customer has a withdrawal period of 14 days to return at its expense, the products do not suit him. Order preparation takes about 24-48 hours (working days) in 90% od orders after receipt of payment, time is given for information. Then add the delivery time depends on your country .
