Please log into your accound and go to the order detail page and clic on the button "Return an item" and complete the form.
If the form don't work you can print and fill out this form and include it with your return.
Refund:
- You have 14 days to return us at your cost, items that do not suit you.
- Only will be taken over the complete and intact (not open for lenses), in perfect condition for resale and no smell of tobacco or perfume.
- Complete the form on the order detail page or you must print the return form above and indicate the order number.
- If you return your entire order and that it contained a gift, it needs to be returned.
Exchange:
- You have 14 days to return us at your cost, items that do not suit you for exchange
- Only will be taken over the complete and intact (not open for lenses), in perfect condition for resale and no smell of tobacco or perfume.
- Complete the form on the order detail page or you must print the return form above and indicate the order number.
- Well check if the size or the item for exchange is available.
- We advise you to report any return of goods by the contact form with the exchange wishes. (No need to wait for a response to send back as long as you respect the deadlines and conditions above.)
We don't accept Pick-up & Go location, your return have to be sent to our address.

Orders are sent from France to Worldwide.
All items are available in France (unless otherwise indicated in the product page), you will never receive any tax or customs fees when ordering from our website if you live in France or in the European Union.
For Switzerland, UK and the rest of the world, be careful, you may have to pay some tax, check with the customs of your country to know the amount, we can not know them. For these countries we enclose a bill on the packaging.
